Location: From A7 (via Newtongrange): After leaving A7 at Newtongrange viaduct and entering Newtongrange on B6482, follow road through north end of Newtongrange village as it becomes Bryans Road. Afterit has veered sharply right, take the first left into Morris Road (towards Newbattle High School). Newbattle Playing Fields are on the right hand side - opposite the high school and behind wire mesh fencing.

Notes: Easthouses Lily play in the corner of a set of public playing fields, though the pitch is fenced off from the adjacent pitches. One side has a slight slope which provides a natural terrace. Portable cabins are used for changing rooms and club buildings. Floodlights were added in 2013. A small 75 capacity seated stand was erected in 2016 and extended to 100 seats in November 2018.
The club had competed in the East of Scotland League since 1981, but successfully applied to join the East Region Juniors in 2015. A team of the same name had previously played in the Juniors from 1950 to 1965. The club returned to the East of Scotland League in 2018.
