New Countess Park is a purpose-built stadium with a shared pavilion for both the football and the rugby club, though at the extremities of either wing. The rugby club just have a pitch, but Dunbar United FC's ground is fully enclosed. The club have floodlights and a public address system and both are used often.
The club joined the East of Scotland League in 2018 after many years in the East Juniors.
