|Notes:||After eviction from their previous home at Eastfield Park and an enforced absence from the Juniors in 1991, Midlothian Council developed part of the local public park and Penicuik Athletic returned to competitive football in 2002. There is cover down one side of the park and behind one goal.
The club joined the East of Scotland League in 2018 after many years in the East Juniors.
